Optimising sterilisation centres

The innovative DTS - Dynamic Transfer System offers total automation, traceability and optimisation of production processes; combined with the quality and excellent performance of the 18 DIN AWD655-15AD thermal disinfection instrument washers, it is the ideal solution for total sterilisation centre management.

  • Optimized workflow
  • Total automation and traceability
  • Facilitated management of a CSSD
  • Energy saving

Hygiene, safety, total practicality: the DTS system offers the highest technological level in the sector.

How the DTS system works

The DTS system consists of a loading module in the dirty area which, via an automatic roller system, loads the trolley with the soiled instruments onto a shuttle. The shuttle, moving horizontally along the front of the instrument washer, automatically loads the trolley into the first available machine. The customised washing programme for the specific trolley starts automatically. Once the washing programme has been correctly executed, another shuttle is operated in the clean area, which unloads the trolley with the cleaned instruments from the instrument washer disinfector and transfers it to an unloading module. The trolley is ready for the next steps.

1 Medical instrument trolley

The operator pushes the trolley with the dirty tools onto the automatic loading module via the medical instrument trolley.

2 Automatic loading module

The automatic loading module transports the trolley onto the transport shuttle.

3 Shuttle in the dirty area

The shuttle transports and loads the trolley with the soiled instruments into the instrument washer disinfector.

4 Washing programme

The machine automatically activates the specific washing programme for the loaded trolley.

5 Shuttle in the clean zone

The shuttle unloads and transports the clean trolley to the automatic unloading module.

6 Pass-through windows

The automatic pass-through system allows the return passage of the washing trolleys from the clean area, where they are emptied of treated instruments, to the dirty area, where they are filled again for the next disinfection cycle in the instrument washer disinfectors.

Automatic Loading and Unloading system

The automatic loading and unloading system speeds up and simplifies workflows in large sterilisation departments, improving operational efficiency and safety. Applicable to the AWD655-10A and AWD655-15A models, the system automates the trolley handling phases, reducing manual intervention by operators. The modular configuration, with storage capacity for up to 3 trolleys, allows for orderly and continuous load management, ensuring safe and controlled separation between dirty and clean areas, in full compliance with sterilisation protocols.

Automatic loading

The washing trolley is automatically transported in front of the door, which opens automatically if the device is free.

Starting the wash cycle

The trolley is pushed into the washing chamber, the door closes, and the specific cycle for the trolley inserted begins.

Automatic discharge at the end of the cycle

At the end of the cycle, the discharge door opens and, if the discharge system is clear, the trolley is pulled out.

Modular system

Modular system that can store up to 3 trolleys, both in the loading and unloading areas.

The digital heart of safe and traceable sterilisation

The Ebox system

In a sterilisation centre, it is essential to be able to monitor and track washing cycles and all their information. The Ebox traceability system makes it possible to remotely monitor the washing cycles running on the instrument washer disinfectors, manage and store all information from the devices on the hospital server, create graphs on cycles, alarms, consumption, and makes it possible to keep a file for legal documentation.

Tracking of each connected device

Thanks to the computerised documentation system Ebox, all automatic devices involved in instrument processing are connected. It is possible to monitor the parameters of each connected device and record cycle documentation data.

Real-time
monitoring

Using the web-based software, the operator can connect via browser and check the status of the machine at any time (Ebox is connected to the network via Ethernet RJ45).

Search and print
specific cycles

Thanks to the advanced search function, the operator can select a specific time period and scroll through the list of all executed cycles. The operator can then export the information about the desired cycle and print the graphical representation.

Smart control system

On request, the DTS system can be connected to a tablet for user-friendly, customised operation. The tablet lets the operator modulate and configure the DTS system according to different needs.
