Optimized for large Sterilization departments,

it allows to automate the loading and unloading operations.

The loading and unloading operations are simple and intuitive: the washing trolley is transported in front of the AWD door, which opens automatically if the machine is free.
The trolley is then pushed to the stop, the door is closed and the specific cycle for the inserted carriage is started.

Once the cycle has been completed, the unloading door is opened, and if the unloading system is free, the trolley is transported to the unloading system. The system is completely modular, to adapt to any type of configuration, and can house 2 or more trolleys both at the entrance and at the exit. In this case, obviously, a control logic regulates the process, moving one carriage forward at a time, avoiding any type of collision.
