{"id":2560,"date":"2025-06-23T13:44:55","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T13:44:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.at-os.com\/?p=2560"},"modified":"2025-07-08T08:17:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T08:17:35","slug":"challenges-in-the-sterilization-process-ofreusable-medical-device-in-romania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.at-os.com\/en\/challenges-in-the-sterilization-process-ofreusable-medical-device-in-romania\/","title":{"rendered":"Challenges in the sterilization process of reusable medical device in Romania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On June 13th in Romanian, we had the pleasure of participating in the congress organized by Limas Group SRL together with Aurelia Preda AMRDM, an event dedicated to the training of professionals involved in the reprocessing of medical devices.<\/p><p>During our speech, we explored a key topic in modern CSSD practices: the transition from manual to automated cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why automated reprocessing?<\/strong><\/h2><p><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Improved safety: <\/strong>Automated washer-disinfectors eliminate variability, reduce human error, and deliver consistent, validated results.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Better microbial reduction:<\/strong> Studies confirm significantly higher pathogen elimination than manual methods.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Greater efficiency:<\/strong> Up to 50% time and labor savings, with reduced water and chemical use.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Full traceability: <\/strong>Digital tracking ensures compliance and quality assurance.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Operator protection: <\/strong>Minimizes exposure to contaminated instruments and enhances workplace safety.<\/li><\/ul><p>At AT-OS, we believe that sharing knowledge is as essential as driving innovation.
